Bottom Of Bowl2038 viewsThe bottom of South Harpers Creek Falls takes on the appearance of a giant stone bowl with one side torn out by nature.

Due to the steep descent to this area I rated it a *** (3) in difficulty. Not a place to go in wet weather.

ViewFrom Bottom1974 viewsFrom the bottom of lower falls. Falls comes in from top right of photo and does a sharp left turn to escape down the gorge.

Note the "cave" in center of photo.

From this point to top of rock wall measures 270 ft.
