Since I can eat Eastern North Carolina Bar-B-Q only occasionaly, I have turned to yard birds. This place has chicken that taste just like ENC pork, REALLY. Only open Thursday thru Saturday but, here is the location.

I confess, my Hiking Pal, RAT, ate the Pig Wings, I ate the best BBQ chicken money can buy.

Besides, these are simply nice folks. When I ordered Possum Heather politely informed me that due to a large order they were out of possum.

Glad they were out of possum but, I kept Dr. Chang happy and ate the chicken. They have several sauces and Eastern NC vinegar is hard to beat but, their own sauce is better.
