Should have called this Lost Creek2110 viewsAfter leaving the Freewill Baptist Camp (really niece folks) the creek suddenly went into a spring??? After becoming acquainted with all the down pines on the mountain side we blundered into where the creek disappeared into the ground, yep, just soaked in the ground. This is not a trickle but, a pretty good creek and it went underground to the spring. footnote: Only springs I saw in the Coast Guard ere made of metal.

The hiking family2107 viewsThe longer I hike the more I realize the scope of the hiking family.
I am about forty miles from home and find a friend from church.
He showed us how to go up the right side of the falls, safely, and complete the trail loop. He is a through hiker of the AT.

Cheat!2106 viewsI zoomed in on this little cascade and used filters but, it's still pretty.
located on the last bridge before the trail ends in a train coming at you.
BJ wasn't too happy about the train deal, she has this thing about trains.
Not to worry, the railtrail is on what used to be a spur and the train missed.

Most Eastern?2106 viewsThis waterfall is located at: N36.60942 W081.67726 and I'll betcha it is the most Eastern Waterfall in Tennessee.
To qualify on this site it must be 8 ft high or more. Can you find one more to the East and still be in Tennessee?
